TL;DR

Head of Sales, Central (Advertising): Leading the go-to-market motion and revenue growth for the Central US region with an accent on scaling high-performing sales teams and strategic brand partnerships. Focus on developing regional GTM strategies, managing a team of Client Partners, and integrating AI tools into the sales workflow.

Location: Hybrid (Dallas, TX)

Compensation: $320,000 – $420,000 OTE (Base $192,000 – $252,000) + Equity

What you will do

  • Own and exceed revenue targets for the Mid West region, driving growth with new and existing advertisers.
  • Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy, identifying high-potential verticals and accounts.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of 6–10 Client Partners and managers, fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for strategic client relationships with senior marketing leaders at top brands and agencies.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales Ops to influence roadmap priorities and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with national sales leadership to ensure a cohesive strategy and shared best practices.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in digital media or advertising sales with a record of exceeding targets.
  • 6+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing managers.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling regional or national sales teams during periods of growth.
  • Deep existing relationships across the Mid West brand and agency ecosystem.
  • Must be based in or near Dallas, TX to participate in the hybrid employment model.
  • Active proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to optimize workflow.
