Location: Must be based in Boston, MA

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year plus a 15% bonus target

What you will do

  • Retain and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts to increase sales and close contracts.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, including the preparation of contracts and structuring of financing solutions.
  • Promote new programs, products, and services to meet annual business plans and growth objectives.
  • Address and resolve billing disputes or collections issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and update annual and quarterly business plans to track objective attainment.
  • Maintain an accurate customer contact database for reporting and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management and business development.
  • Proven track record of providing technical, business, and financial solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically using Excel for sophisticated financial ROI modeling.
  • Must be located in Boston, MA.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the Energy & Utilities industry.
  • Previous experience working in U.S. energy markets (natural gas, oil, coal, and electricity).
  • Strong ability to interpret and negotiate intricate long-term sales contracts.
