Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year plus a 15% bonus target

What you will do
- Retain and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts to increase sales and close contracts.
- Lead negotiations with clients, including the preparation of contracts and structuring of financing solutions.
- Promote new programs, products, and services to meet annual business plans and growth objectives.
- Address and resolve billing disputes or collections issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and update annual and quarterly business plans to track objective attainment.
- Maintain an accurate customer contact database for reporting and marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management and business development.
- Proven track record of providing technical, business, and financial solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically using Excel for sophisticated financial ROI modeling.
- Must be located in Boston, MA.
Nice to have
- Experience within the Energy & Utilities industry.
- Previous experience working in U.S. energy markets (natural gas, oil, coal, and electricity).
- Strong ability to interpret and negotiate intricate long-term sales contracts.
