What you will do

• Act as the primary local representative for residential energy-efficiency programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, utilities, and community organizations.
• Lead contractor outreach, enrollment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Develop strategies to recruit participants and expand program reach.
• Support project delivery through coordination, site visits, and quality assurance.
• Track market activity and prepare reports to inform program performance and design.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Bend, Portland, or Salem, OR area.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proven experience in client management, relationship building, or business development.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel throughout a defined territory in Oregon.
• Proficiency in tracking market activity and documenting stakeholder interactions.
