What you will do

• Plan and execute robot fleet build events, coordinating engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of the robot fleet.
• Manage materials planning, inventory control, and logistics operations across U.S. and UAE facilities.
• Support prototype to production transitions and maintain configuration management processes.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and coordinate customs and trade compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Must work on-site in Pittsburgh, United States
• 5+ years experience in robotics, electromechanical systems, or advanced manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience managing hardware build events and fleet maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and international logistics.
• Experience managing multi-site operations across geographically distributed teams.
• Effective communication skills for complex technical and operational coordination.

Nice to have

• Engineering degree and robotics or technical background.
• In-factory manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent asset/configuration management platforms.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Docs.
