Salary: £112,000 - £139,950 GBP (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 6 Solutions Engineers across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and Benelux.
• Own accountability for the technical evaluation process from discovery through to business close.
• Partner with regional Sales leaders to align SE coverage, prioritize pursuits, and build joint account strategies.
• Coach SEs on consultative selling, technical storytelling, and mapping capabilities to quantifiable ROI.
• Champion the adoption of AI coding tools and automated PoC generation to accelerate deal velocity and team productivity.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D to channel regional field intelligence into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading or coaching technical pre-sales teams in B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Architect across SMB to Enterprise segments.
• Strong technical fundamentals with prior developer experience in JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar.
• Deep understanding of web technologies, headless architecture, and AI/search applications.
• Must be based in London and willing to travel up to 25% across EMEA North.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in various economic environments.

• Prior experience in search technology.

• Multilingual capability (English and an additional EMEA language).
• Computer Science or related technical degree.
