What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business objectives.
- Drive engagement and adoption throughout the entire customer journey.
- Manage a book of business, including owning renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Act as a product expert, educating customers to maximize the value of the platform.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence the product roadmap.
- Develop and present periodic reviews to customer leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Technical competency to engage with both software development practitioners and CxO-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or Command of Message.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices (Git, GitHub, CI/CD, VS Code).
- Business fluency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to travel about 25% of the time to meet with customers.
Nice to have
- Experience with code review processes, tools, and AI/open-source technologies.
- Experience with GTM at early-stage, high-growth, VC-backed startups.
- Familiarity with Git providers (Bitbucket, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and cloud-native technologies.
- Knowledge of observability, RCA, and debugging practices.
