Location: Hybrid or 100% Remote within the United Kingdom
Salary: £156,000 – £195,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead a team of 8-10 solutions engineers in the EMEA region, owning the technical win rate and deal velocity.
- Design and implement operating rhythms including deal reviews, forecast discipline, and coaching cadences.
- Partner with sales leadership, customer success, and product teams to identify and mitigate deal risks early.
- Build knowledge and enablement systems to reduce dependency on individual experts across the ERP portfolio.
- Develop and mentor SEs into senior or principal-level operators.
- Drive the adoption of AI tools within the presales process to improve research and preparation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of presales or technical sales experience.
- 3+ years leading SE teams of 10+ across multiple regions or product lines.
- Proven track record of measurably improving technical win rates and bookings influence.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Strong commercial instincts and experience managing multi-stakeholder deals with long cycles.
- Experience selling complex ERP Reporting tools to senior buyers.
- Fluent understanding of how AI is changing technical selling.
