What you will do

• Partner with the sales team across all phases of the pre-sales process to drive customer value.
• Deliver technical product demonstrations highlighting the benefits of graph database technology.
• Design and build prototype solutions and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate functional power.
• Support the design of solution architectures that address specific customer technical requirements.
• Prepare technical solution proposals and documentation for customer engineering and management teams.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand and qualify prospective customers' environments and needs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Junior Pre-Sales, Professional Services, or Technical Consulting).
• Solid understanding of database technologies, data modeling concepts, and experience with SQL or NoSQL.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Based in London with the ability and willingness to travel.
• Proactive approach to managing technical tasks and a basic understanding of the sales process.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or other Property Graph or RDF platforms.
• Knowledge of Data Science, AI/ML, or data integration (ETL, Virtualisation, federation).
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, D3, viz.js, Linkurious).
