What you will do

  • Coach and develop a team of high-performing BDRs using AI-generated insights and call recordings.
  • Design AI-enhanced prospecting strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership.
  • Monitor team performance and pipeline contribution using AI-assisted Salesforce dashboards.
  • Hire and onboard new team members using a structured, AI-tooling-first enablement program.
  • Forecast monthly pipeline generation for multiple countries with high accuracy.
  • Support career progression through structured goals and AI-powered performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading a Business Development or Sales Development team in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with an AI-enabled sales tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and 6Sense.
  • Experience managing hybrid teams with the ability to maintain cohesion through digital-first workflows.
  • Strong ability to set metrics and hold teams accountable for exceeding performance targets.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC-aligned skill development and performance management.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Clay, Orum, or AI writing tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
