What you will do
- Coach and develop a team of high-performing BDRs using AI-generated insights and call recordings.
- Design AI-enhanced prospecting strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership.
- Monitor team performance and pipeline contribution using AI-assisted Salesforce dashboards.
- Hire and onboard new team members using a structured, AI-tooling-first enablement program.
- Forecast monthly pipeline generation for multiple countries with high accuracy.
- Support career progression through structured goals and AI-powered performance reviews.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading a Business Development or Sales Development team in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with an AI-enabled sales tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and 6Sense.
- Experience managing hybrid teams with the ability to maintain cohesion through digital-first workflows.
- Strong ability to set metrics and hold teams accountable for exceeding performance targets.
- Experience with MEDDPICC-aligned skill development and performance management.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office in a hybrid capacity.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Clay, Orum, or AI writing tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
