Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

What you will do
- Define project scope, requirements, and objectives to initiate and manage implementation projects.
- Drive project timelines to meet milestones and deliverables within agreed-upon schedules.
- Configure platform settings based on client requirements and perform functional and integration testing.
- Conduct interactive workshops and deliver online and in-person training for client staff.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal data integration teams to optimize implementations.
- Develop workflows, processes, and procedures for new products or services.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits and location).
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) required.
- 2–4 years of experience in a system analyst and/or software implementation role.
- Experience with SQL, HTML, and XML.
- Strong technical aptitude for system configuration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Nice to have
- CAPM or PMP Certification.
- 3+ years in SaaS implementation, ERP integration, or technical project management.
- Familiarity with higher education systems and payment processing.
