Senior Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving outbound pipeline generation and inbound demand conversion for enterprise accounts with an accent on strategic prospecting and C-level engagement. Location: Hybrid (Raleigh, NC, USA) — Must be based in Raleigh and work from the office at least two days each week

Salary: $52,000 - $65,000 base per year + commission

What you will do

  • Drive outbound pipeline generation by identifying target accounts and initiating strategic outreach using AI-powered tools.
  • Manage demand conversion by prioritizing and executing rapid responses to Market Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on account planning and proactive penetration of new and existing customer accounts.
  • Lead discovery and qualification calls with senior decision-makers to understand business needs and fit.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, personalize messaging, and reduce administrative overhead.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Alliances teams to increase brand awareness and market penetration.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of proven success as an Enterprise BDR prospecting into large, complex accounts.
  • Strong background in strategic outbound prospecting with a demonstrated hunter's mentality.
  • Experience adhering to disciplined sales processes and qualification methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales technology (AI tools, conversation intelligence, sequences).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Must be able to work from the Raleigh office at least two days per week.
