Location: Hybrid (Raleigh, NC, USA) — Must be based in Raleigh and work from the office at least two days each week
Salary: $52,000 - $65,000 base per year + commission

What you will do
- Drive outbound pipeline generation by identifying target accounts and initiating strategic outreach using AI-powered tools.
- Manage demand conversion by prioritizing and executing rapid responses to Market Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account planning and proactive penetration of new and existing customer accounts.
- Lead discovery and qualification calls with senior decision-makers to understand business needs and fit.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, personalize messaging, and reduce administrative overhead.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Alliances teams to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
Requirements
- 1+ year of proven success as an Enterprise BDR prospecting into large, complex accounts.
- Strong background in strategic outbound prospecting with a demonstrated hunter's mentality.
- Experience adhering to disciplined sales processes and qualification methodologies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales technology (AI tools, conversation intelligence, sequences).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Must be able to work from the Raleigh office at least two days per week.
