TL;DR

Location: Hybrid from the Minneapolis, MN or Appleton, WI area

Salary: $259,869.00 - $389,805.00 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the FP&A business partner team for AWM and Insurance to drive client-centered growth and enable effective decision making.
  • Coordinate enterprise integrated planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment of financial goals with business strategy.
  • Deliver reporting and insights on financial and operational results to identify performance opportunities and risks.
  • Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks and trade-offs on business investments.
  • Oversee the Strategic Performance Analytics COE and shared services to define and implement the data & analytics agenda.
  • Recruit, develop, and sustain a high-performing finance team while promoting a culture of shared accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or actuarial.
  • 15+ years of experience in senior finance or actuarial leadership roles partnering with executives.
  • 10+ years of finance leadership in the financial services industry, specifically in wealth management.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and deep understanding of financial services business models.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Mature communication skills, able to convey intricate ideas clearly to all levels of management.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in finance, actuarial, accounting, or business administration.
  • Professional certification: CPA, CFA, or FSA.
  • Experience interacting with boards and board committees.
  • Prior Controller, Actuarial, and/or FP&A leadership experience at a large financial services corporation.
