What you will do
- Own the enterprise insurance and underwriting strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and financial goals.
- Develop global insurance and risk-financing strategies while establishing governance models and controls.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape underwriting philosophy, pricing models, and long-term portfolio strategy.
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, and automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve controls.
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Leverage data analytics and reporting to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 12–15+ years of progressive experience in payroll, HR operations, or insurance with senior leadership responsibility.
- Deep expertise in insurance, underwriting operations, and compliance.
- Proven executive leadership, change management, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, large-scale environments and cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry.
