TL;DR

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Own the enterprise insurance and underwriting strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and financial goals.
  • Develop global insurance and risk-financing strategies while establishing governance models and controls.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape underwriting philosophy, pricing models, and long-term portfolio strategy.
  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, and automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve controls.
  • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data analytics and reporting to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 12–15+ years of progressive experience in payroll, HR operations, or insurance with senior leadership responsibility.
  • Deep expertise in insurance, underwriting operations, and compliance.
  • Proven executive leadership, change management, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, large-scale environments and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry.
