Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey (minimum 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $200,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Partner with the O&T Leadership Team to align technical and operational solutions with corporate strategic initiatives.
• Provide ongoing operational finance support for live production activities and manage key vendor relationships.
• Oversee the tracking of overall O&T operating expenses and allocate capital spend in coordination with Corporate FP&A.
• Develop inputs for forecasting, including budgets, long-range plans, and in-year pacing analysis.
• Lead a finance team of 8+ professionals to deliver month-end close, transactional tracking, and KPI reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven senior financial management and leadership experience.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead wide-ranging business initiatives.
• Experience with production, technology, and engineering finance is preferred.
• Knowledge of Capital Project Planning and accounting is preferred.
