What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operational and administrative aspects of the business unit.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure the implementation of the business unit strategy.
• Own financial planning, cost control, and reporting to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Organize and facilitate monthly management committee meetings, including material preparation and action tracking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with global stakeholders, regional functions, and external vendors.
• Ensure all activities meet legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience, including relevant internships.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial judgement and a broad understanding of financial markets and products.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Singapore to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
