TL;DR

Business Analyst (Fintech): Supporting the delivery of strategic and operational change initiatives within the APAC Business Transformation Office with an accent on requirements gathering, process mapping, and project coordination. Focus on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology partners to ensure smooth implementation of asset management solutions.

Location: Onsite in CBD, Singapore

What you will do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and future-state workflows.
  • Assist project managers in tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Prepare business cases, user stories, and process maps for cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate workshops and SME discussions to ensure project alignment.
  • Support UAT planning, test case preparation, and defect tracking.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of transformation frameworks and methodologies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or change support.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to document functional specifications and workflows.
  • Proficiency in project management and analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Understanding of APAC market practices and regulatory environments is highly preferred.
  • Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in asset management or investment operations.
  • Background in financial services.
