What you will do
- Lead the design and execution of qualitative research projects, including focus groups, IDIs, and ethnographies.
- Serve as a primary client contact, translating consumer insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Develop research frameworks, discussion guides, and analytic structures grounded in best practices.
- Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that influence client decision-making.
- Mentor junior researchers in moderation, analysis, and project management skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Communications, or Marketing.
- 3–7 years of experience in qualitative research within an agency, consultancy, or client-side insights team.
- Strong hands-on expertise in moderating, ethnography, cultural insight work, or design thinking.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end qualitative projects, including timelines and budgets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multimarket, and multicultural environment.
- Exceptional storytelling, synthesis, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiotics or behavioural science.
- Proven track record in business development and proposal writing.
