What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to implement new systems, particularly the Aladdin platform.
• Align project delivery with client objectives and ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage relationships with business and technology stakeholders, understanding needs, constraints, and decision drivers.
• Act as Aladdin and Middle Office SME across pre-trade, order management, trading, investment operations, risk management/compliance/oversight, closed-book accounting, and performance measurement.
• Coordinate business analysis, project delivery, testing, and end-user training to ensure seamless integration and adoption.

Requirements

• Proven experience in middle office operations within the asset management industry.
• Expertise in the Aladdin system is essential.
• Strong understanding of investment management processes and workflows.
• Experience implementing business processes within investment operations, front office, or investment accounting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal collaboration.
• Demonstrated project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
