TL;DR
BPM Intern (Fintech): Supporting the design, optimization, and documentation of business processes across global operations with an accent on data quality, SOP development, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

What you will do
- Support the design, continuous improvement, and optimization of business processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and process flow diagrams.
- Audit the quality, integrity, and comprehensiveness of operational data.
- Assist in cross-functional collaboration across operations teams and countries.
- Support the delivery of training and e-learning materials for new processes.
- Drive various initiatives and projects under the guidance of BPM managers.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore.
- Bachelor's degree (final year or fresh graduate).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a flair for data analysis.
- Strong project management experience with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
