TL;DR

BPM Intern (Fintech): Supporting the design, optimization, and documentation of business processes across global operations with an accent on data quality, SOP development, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

What you will do

  • Support the design, continuous improvement, and optimization of business processes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and process flow diagrams.
  • Audit the quality, integrity, and comprehensiveness of operational data.
  • Assist in cross-functional collaboration across operations teams and countries.
  • Support the delivery of training and e-learning materials for new processes.
  • Drive various initiatives and projects under the guidance of BPM managers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore.
  • Bachelor's degree (final year or fresh graduate).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a flair for data analysis.
  • Strong project management experience with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
