TL;DR

Strategic Analytics & Insights Business Partner (Sales & Insights): Lead sales and renewals for an assigned portfolio, building pipeline, identifying new revenue streams, and strengthening long-term client relationships with an accent on consumer behavior insights and brand solutions. Focus on account planning, forecasting accuracy, and turning Voice of Customer feedback into escalations and product needs to drive growth.

What you will do

  • Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts within the Consumer Behavior Insights + Brand (CBI+B) scope, securing pipeline, new revenue opportunities, and accurate forecasting.
  • Build a connected understanding of customers’ industries, business context, markets, and clusters.
  • Partner with Customer Success and relevant account leaders to develop and execute Account Plans and JBPs.
  • Work with Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collect, analyze, act on, and escalate Voice of Customer feedback as appropriate.
  • Expand the customer network to identify new budget holders and escalate product needs and trends related to CBI+B solutions.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience.
  • Solid sales skills and developed sales expertise in the target scope.
  • Strong understanding of the data analytics industry, business models, and solutions such as Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitude studies, Shopper and Shopping Behavior, Customer Experience, and Advertising Effectiveness.
  • Experience working with Financial Services/Tech/Telco/Automobile clients.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and how they impact customers.
