What you will do
- Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts within the Consumer Behavior Insights + Brand (CBI+B) scope, securing pipeline, new revenue opportunities, and accurate forecasting.
- Build a connected understanding of customersβ industries, business context, markets, and clusters.
- Partner with Customer Success and relevant account leaders to develop and execute Account Plans and JBPs.
- Work with Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collect, analyze, act on, and escalate Voice of Customer feedback as appropriate.
- Expand the customer network to identify new budget holders and escalate product needs and trends related to CBI+B solutions.
Requirements
- 7β10+ years of experience.
- Solid sales skills and developed sales expertise in the target scope.
- Strong understanding of the data analytics industry, business models, and solutions such as Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitude studies, Shopper and Shopping Behavior, Customer Experience, and Advertising Effectiveness.
- Experience working with Financial Services/Tech/Telco/Automobile clients.
- Strong understanding of market trends and how they impact customers.
