What you will do

• Manage project lifecycles for individually assigned and team-managed research projects.
• Oversee team workload and assign projects to Project Managers to ensure optimal coverage.
• Cultivate and manage strategic client relationships for assigned accounts.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate team milestones and hurdles to the management team.
• Provide training, performance assessments, and feedback to foster team growth.
• Align team activities with company strategy and share best practices within Client Services.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research.
• Competence in research and survey design, sampling, and consultation.
• 5+ years of experience in a business environment.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven managerial or supervisory knowledge and skills.
