What you will do

Monitor live volumes and dynamically reallocate agents to optimize coverage.
Ensure achievement of SLA, AHT, and occupancy targets.
Provide detailed intraday reports and escalate operational risks to leadership.
Support VIP and irregular operations (IROPS) coverage.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in workforce management tools such as Talkdesk and Salesforce.
Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
Experience or ability to work in high-volume travel environments.
Must be based in Quezon City, Philippines
