What you will do

• Lead the delivery of a new manufacturing facility in the Philippines.
• Manage day-to-day coordination and oversight of external consultants, including architects and MEP engineers.
• Oversee the overall project schedule, high-level budget, and key milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, and IT.
• Ensure facility design and execution align with corporate standards and local regulations.
• Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or facilities management.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects such as new manufacturing facilities or industrial fit-out projects.
• Experience managing external consultants and contractors in an industrial environment.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must be based in the Philippines for onsite work.
