TL;DR

Senior Specialist - Technical Sales (Wire and Cable): Managing the commercial and technical decision-making process for specialized wire and cable projects with an accent on driving incremental product growth and supporting internal sales teams. Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $83,232 – $104,040 Annually

What you will do

  • Support internal field and branch sales teams by providing technical expertise and guiding opportunity strategy.
  • Research customer project needs and develop tailored product and application information.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and sales representatives.
  • Lead joint sales calls with customers and prospects to close large projects.
  • Coach and mentor internal teams on pricing, margin improvement, and end-to-end quoting.
  • Analyze market conditions and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in the electrical industry as a manufacturer or distributor.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Strong computer and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in an inside technical sales capacity.
