What you will do

• Design, build, and manage a world-class partner program from the ground up.
• Lead the strategy and optimization of the partner portal to ensure a seamless experience.
• Define and track KPIs to measure program success and report to stakeholders.
• Develop training and enablement resources to empower partners.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate partner program processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner program management, preferably in cybersecurity or identity security.
• Proven track record in building and enhancing partner portals with a focus on user experience.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
