hirify.global is building an AI Operating System for healthcare to eliminate administrative burdens and optimize care delivery for over 500 healthcare organizations.

What you will do

  • Design and own the full-funnel growth architecture across paid, organic, ABM, partnerships, and referral channels.
  • Build experimentation infrastructure, including test frameworks, audience segmentation, and landing page scaffolding.
  • Engineer the demand-to-pipeline path by defining ICPs and establishing routing logic and Sales feedback loops.
  • Instrument the growth funnel end-to-end using Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, and Webflow/CMS.
  • Translate brand narrative into a modular creative system and manage external agency operations for media and CRO.
  • Serve as the DRI for growth, aligning Sales, RevOps, Product, and Brand around strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Senior, hands-on experience building integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to instrument funnels and write high-conversion briefs.
  • Strong systems instinct for designing scalable processes and taxonomies.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Bias toward building and executing in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be based in the US (San Francisco Bay Area or Remote)

Nice to have

  • Experience building ABM motions in partnership with Enterprise/Mid-Market Sales.
  • Orchestration of parallel product-led and sales-led growth motions.
  • Experience with incrementality testing or advanced attribution in partnership with data science.
  • Experience scaling performance creative systems across multiple channels.
  • Background in healthtech.
