Account Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote-based in France, ideally Paris

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on retention, expansion, and long-term growth.
• Use outbound campaigns, marketing initiatives, and partner networks to identify and close opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasts.
• Build expertise in hirify.global’s services, industry landscape, and competitive positioning to advise clients.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to maximize account impact.
• Share customer insights and market feedback to help shape business strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SaaS sales or EOR experience, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets with measurable results.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken, is required.
• Consultative and strategic selling approach with strong business acumen and curiosity.
• Resilience, ownership, and the ability to work across regions, cultures, and time zones.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% within France and internationally; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
