What you will do

• Produce accurate architectural drawings and models using Revit.
• Execute scan-to-BIM workflows from point cloud data.
• Assist in preparing design and construction documentation sets.
• Coordinate architectural components with structural, MEP, and survey teams.
• Perform code analysis and quality control reviews for compliance with standards including IBC.
• Collaborate across project phases from schematic design to construction documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional setting
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation standards.
• Knowledge of IBC and relevant design codes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Nice to have

• Experience with multifamily residential projects.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
• Experience working with point cloud data or 3D laser scan deliverables.
