TL;DR

Sales Manager (Media): Driving revenue and closing business by selling music video programming to clients and agencies with an accent on digital video and CTV solutions. Focus on building agency relationships, negotiating deal terms, and optimizing campaigns using analytics.

Location: Hybrid (Sydney). Must be based in Sydney and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue, close business, and manage relationships across a national client patch.
  • Consult with clients on advertising needs and present innovative video solutions.
  • Negotiate deal costs and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Forecast, track, and report sales performance, budgets, and closing probabilities.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Solutions, and Programming teams for campaign execution.
  • Analyze client business objectives to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of digital sales experience, with deep expertise in online video.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic and streaming/CTV marketplace.
  • Existing well-established relationships within media agencies and client-side teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of ad sales CRM platforms and a basic understanding of viewability and data tags.
  • Ability to travel interstate as required.
