What you will do

• Manage multiple client projects, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project life cycle.
• Define and confirm project scope, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with operational teams.
• Coordinate with functional managers to prioritize work and ensure project needs are met.
• Facilitate frequent project meetings from inception to closeout to maintain clear communication.
• Maintain essential project documentation, including budgets, risk lists, and change requests.
• Implement change management strategies to improve organizational efficiency and resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or willing to work from Tempe, AZ or Lincoln, NE offices.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within clinical research or a related field.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage project financials, scope, and timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation and status reports.
