What you will do
- Build and nurture authentic relationships with clients to understand pain points and desired outcomes.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including detailed planning, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
- Lead and mentor project team members, fostering open communication and high performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Business Development teams to support business growth.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery through robust risk management and quality assurance.
- Identify opportunities for client expansion and provide strategic recommendations based on project performance.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- 5+ years of experience in learning strategy, instructional design, or I/O psychology.
- 3+ years of experience managing people and performance, including direct management of at least 3 FTEs.
- 3+ years of experience in professional services delivery, including budgeting and contract management.
- Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of projects with budgets ranging from $500k to $1M.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
Nice to have
- Certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Certification in relevant disciplines (e.g., SHRM, HCI, ATD).
- Formal training in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with change management and human-centered design.
- Master's level degree.
