What you will do

• Lead the creation and execution of project plans, including staffing, budgeting, and resource management.
• Monitor and control revenue realization for projects according to budget and forecasts.
• Interface with C-level management and clients to handle escalations and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage national and international projects through the full life cycle in a regulated industry.
• Identify, report, and manage project risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify up-selling opportunities for existing customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Computer Science; MBA or Master's preferred.
• Must be based in the US.
• Knowledge of MES/ERP systems general architecture and business functions.
• Proven experience leading and managing project/program teams and holding them accountable for performance.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to executive sponsors and technical staff.
• PMP certification is preferred.
