What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for IKEA France and manage day-to-day communication.
• Own and drive key commercial KPIs including Jobs Requested, QFR, AOV, and Net Revenue.
• Analyze performance across online and store channels to share insights and drive business actions.
• Coordinate operational delivery with cross-functional teams including Customer Experience and Fulfillment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with national teams and store managers through regular visits.
• Communicate the value proposition to IKEA co-workers through training and strategic forums.

Requirements

• French native speaker and excellent English language skills.
• Must be based in Paris.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally in retail and partner/account management.
• Proven track record of owning and growing key client relationships.
• Strong analytical and operational execution skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
