Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: 2 days home office per week).

What you will do

  • Lead local performance routines, including weekly and monthly business reviews.
  • Coordinate forecasting, target tracking, and quota allocation processes.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement AI-driven automation to improve productivity.
  • Optimize Salesforce governance and ensure high tool adoption across sales teams.
  • Partner with Country Leadership to support strategic initiatives and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Fluent French and professional English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to drive execution in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consulting or similar strategic roles.
  • Deep understanding of sales performance management and incentive design.
