TL;DR

Growth Outbound Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving the outbound growth engine for a cybersecurity awareness platform with an accent on data management, lead activation, and sales collaboration. Focus on building efficient processes, optimizing outreach strategies, and enhancing data accuracy.

Location: On-site in Paris with up to 2 days per month of remote work

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 a year

What you will do

  • Design and manage outbound growth processes and data pipelines.
  • Implement and optimize outreach sequences using Lemlist.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve campaign performance.
  • Document processes and train the Sales team on best practices.
  • Contribute to the launch of new geographies and target segments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound or growth experiments in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Fluency with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and native in French.
  • Willingness to relocate to Paris if not currently based there.

Nice to have

  • Experience with GTM tools and APIs.
  • Motivation by the mission of improving cybersecurity.
