Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality campaign outputs and aligning strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and present data-driven recommendations to clients.
• Recruit and manage strategic partners and attend industry events to discover new partnership opportunities.
• Execute and optimize affiliate marketing strategies across multiple accounts to drive measurable growth.
• Mentor Associate Account Managers and delegate tasks to promote team efficiency and professional development.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in online, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing.
• Direct affiliate marketing experience (agency, in-house, or network) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong capability in analyzing data and forecasting trends.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and conferences.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into professional workflows.

• Experience with Affiliate Networks such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, or Impact.
