What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Channel Partners to ensure program success.
- Develop and grow strategic relationships while representing the company professionally.
- Build and automate repeatable processes to support scalable partnership operations.
- Measure and monitor partner performance using KPIs and monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with VPs to address market-specific challenges and identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce extensively for tracking, reporting, and partner communication.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales Management.
- Proven ability to manage and report using dashboards and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action.
