TL;DR

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Channel Partners to ensure program success.
  • Develop and grow strategic relationships while representing the company professionally.
  • Build and automate repeatable processes to support scalable partnership operations.
  • Measure and monitor partner performance using KPIs and monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with VPs to address market-specific challenges and identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce extensively for tracking, reporting, and partner communication.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales Management.
  • Proven ability to manage and report using dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action.
