What you will do
- Identify, pitch, and close new platform sales deals, primarily focused on new logo acquisition within the eCommerce vertical.
- Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy to engage experienced industry sales professionals at target accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust brand-direct pipeline using CRM tools, meeting coverage ratios and activity benchmarks.
- Collaborate with management, product, and solutions teams to articulate client needs and help shape vertical offerings.
- Create value-based pitch decks and supporting research to close business with executive-level prospects.
- Maintain market and competitive awareness and advocate for customer needs by translating field insights into product strategy.
Requirements
- Track record of hitting/exceeding quotas in hunter-focused sales within digital advertising, with a strong preference for programmatic advertising experience.
- Ability to sell consultatively to brands and in-house marketing teams, using strong analytical skills.
- Experience building and executing go-to-market plans, including defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and segmentation frameworks.
- Comfort communicating complex technical concepts and platform knowledge to diverse audiences, including marketing executives.
- Proficiency using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients within the assigned region.
