TL;DR

Paid Creative Ops Manager (Marketing): Owning the operational layer behind the paid creative engine, including workflows and automation, with an accent on reporting and vendor infrastructure. Focus on building scalable performance frameworks, optimizing production workflows, and solving structural problems related to global creative attribution.

Location: Must live within commuting distance of SF, LA, or NYC hubs (LA & NYC preferred)

Salary: $140K – $155K + Equity

What you will do

  • Define creative performance frameworks and reporting dashboards to guide creative investment and surface winning assets.
  • Audit and improve end-to-end creative ops infrastructure, including tagging, asset libraries, and vendor relationships.
  • Manage the production workflow from brief to live placement, ensuring localization across global markets.
  • Own and automate the creative ops tech stack using Airtable, Sigma, and Snowflake.
  • Coordinate across Performance Marketing, Influencer, and Creative teams to align goals and manage trade-offs.
  • Lead cross-functional operational initiatives to solve structural problems like attribution and brand-fit auditing at volume.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, creative operations, or strategy and operations at a high-growth consumer company.
  • Proven track record of building or rebuilding scalable systems such as tagging taxonomies or automation pipelines.
  • Strong analytical judgment and proficiency in SQL, BI tools, or creative analytics platforms.
  • Deep understanding of paid marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and incrementality.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to synthesize complex operational data into concise, actionable recommendations for leadership.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in paid creative operations.
  • Experience owning budgets or vendor relationships end-to-end.
  • Previous experience as a buyer or seller on the hirify.global platform.
