What you will do
- Design and manage the quarterly marketing planning process to ensure reliable, scalable prioritization.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on project dependencies, success metrics, and key milestones.
- Own the Airtable platform end-to-end, including workspace design, governance, and data integrity.
- Streamline program intake by utilizing native automations and AI features to organize requests.
- Build and maintain resourcing capacity plans in collaboration with department leads.
- Identify and implement opportunities to replace manual tracking tasks with automated workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or operational planning.
- Deep expertise in Airtable administration and project management databases.
- Proven track record of transforming complex processes into organized, repeatable workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track operational metrics.
- Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Advanced Airtable skills including scripting, custom interfaces, or API integrations.
