What you will do

• Design and manage the quarterly marketing planning process to ensure reliable, scalable prioritization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on project dependencies, success metrics, and key milestones.
• Own the Airtable platform end-to-end, including workspace design, governance, and data integrity.
• Streamline program intake by utilizing native automations and AI features to organize requests.
• Build and maintain resourcing capacity plans in collaboration with department leads.
• Identify and implement opportunities to replace manual tracking tasks with automated workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or operational planning.
• Deep expertise in Airtable administration and project management databases.
• Proven track record of transforming complex processes into organized, repeatable workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and track operational metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
