What you will do

• Act as the primary overnight point of contact for guests and residents, providing local expertise and support.
• Handle guest check-ins, collect payments, and manage room assignments according to protocols.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency, including providing amenities or performing minor repairs.
• Maintain property cleanliness by cleaning lobbies, restrooms, and gyms, and removing trash.
• Support the housekeeping team by restocking carts, preparing amenities, and stocking vending machines.
• Coordinate with on-site and off-site teams through internal systems to ensure smooth shift handovers.

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage.
• Ability to work a rotational schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal authorization to work in the USA and age 18+.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication with high standards for grammar and empathy.
• Ability to learn and use multiple technology systems (POS, CRM).
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects up to 50 pounds.
