What you will do

• Manage all aspects of the client journey post-purchase, including product education, campaign setup, and billing activities.
• Analyze and interpret performance data to provide campaign recommendations and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain healthy client engagement levels to mitigate the risk of churn and drive product adoption.
• Coordinate with internal partners to develop user-focused training, onboarding, and engagement strategies.
• Serve as the central point of contact for a portfolio of clients to ensure high NPS and CSAT scores.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, or Finance.
• 1-2 years of industry or job-related experience.
• Must be based in Omaha, Nebraska, United States.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while providing proactive client service.
• Strong communication skills for phone, email, web conferencing, and in-person interactions.
