A YC-backed startup building a SaaS platform for fundraising automation to help nonprofits discover, track, and manage grants efficiently.
What you will do
- Manage a mix of inbound and outbound opportunities from first contact through close.
- Deliver concierge-level onboarding experiences that upgrade customers' fundraising workflows.
- Execute creative and personalized outbound tactics to generate a consistent pipeline.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to provide input on the first-time user experience.
- Experiment with new onboarding flows and sales pitches to accelerate company growth.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of closing experience in a high-velocity, customer-facing SaaS role.
- Must be based in the continental US.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with G Suite, Zoom, Slack, and CRM platforms.
- Strong empathy and curiosity to solve underlying customer problems.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into the nonprofit market.
- Background in fundraising or nonprofit operations.
- Startup or remote work experience.
