Salary: Base $210,000 - $230,000, OTE $420,000 - $460,000 + equity

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of 4-6 mid-market Account Executives focusing on Biotech, Pharma, and CRO verticals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the sales team, from designing the interview process to onboarding.
- Implement and reinforce a MEDDIC-based selling framework and conduct structured deal reviews.
- Own forecast accuracy and pipeline health using CRM data and deal inspection.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Act as an executive sponsor on strategic deals to model value-based selling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 5+ years in sales management roles of increasing scope.
- Background selling SaaS software into the Life Sciences vertical is required.
- Deep expertise in MEDDIC sales methodology is required.
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and team-level success.
- Ability to travel 60-70% of the time within the territory.
