What you will do

  • Design, implement, and refine end-to-end enablement programs aligned with business goals and team effectiveness.
  • Lead a team of US-based enablement professionals supporting NORAM K12, Higher Ed, and Business & Government sectors.
  • Drive adoption of the WinningByDesign customer journey methodology and integrate it into coaching practices.
  • Manage and optimize GTM productivity tools including Salesforce, Clari, and Gainsight.
  • Collaborate with global revenue operations, product marketing, and sales leadership to schedule and deliver initiatives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to assess program impact and optimize GTM strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement with a track record of scaling programs and processes.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing remote or hybrid teams.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer success, or product marketing roles.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content creation tools like Camtasia or Captivate.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience in the EdTech market or a background as an educator/administrator in K-12 or post-secondary institutions.
