What you will do
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create tailored enablement programs supporting product launches and ongoing initiatives.
- Develop and manage a repository of sales tools, including training materials, competitive intelligence, demo scripts, and pitch decks.
- Coordinate sales training sessions and administer certification programs to ensure team proficiency in product value propositions.
- Define and track KPIs such as deal velocity and win rates to optimize sales productivity and revenue impact.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams for seamless GTM execution.
- Manage budgets for sales enablement tools and training programs, optimizing for cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
- Must be based in one of the following US states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM strategy, or program management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic), and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence cross-functional teams.
