Location: Hybrid (Illinois, USA) — on-site presence at least six days per month; candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance. Available office locations include Austin, Chicago, Denver, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Toronto, Ahmedabad, London, Nottingham, Pristina, and Sydney.
Salary: $180,000-217,000 base, plus commissions

What you will do
- Own the strategic and commercial GTM plan aligned to the company financial plan, including sales capacity planning, key metrics, revenue/margin improvement projects, and headcount planning.
- Design the GTM organizational blueprint with clear ownership, roles, and responsibilities across the GTM organization.
- Lead the sales organization and advise the VP on implementing GTM performance and organization goals.
- Set and manage Salesforce quotas and territories, assign sales organization goals, and ensure financial goals are allocated across sales channels and resources.
- Build pipeline and forecasting processes, improving forecast accuracy by aligning Sales Leadership forecasts with predictive modeling.
- Implement reporting, compensation plans, and continuous measurement/improvement of GTM activity; partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal on pricing optimization, contract standardization, and quote-to-contract efficiencies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Illinois (USA) and able to commute for on-site presence at least six days per month.
- Minimum 10 years of sales operations experience in high-growth Enterprise B2B SaaS companies.
- Experience managing rigorous corporate programs using standard SaaS sales benchmarks.
- Experience leading in high-growth environments with change, frequent M&A, and ambiguity.
- Experience with GTM/sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or similar.
- Four-year college degree in finance, engineering, or business.
