What you will do

  • Lead the global total rewards philosophy and strategy to support business objectives and core values.
  • Design and manage comprehensive reward programs including base pay, bonuses, equity, and sales incentives.
  • Partner with the CHRO and executive team to develop proposals for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Oversee job architecture, compensation infrastructure, and annual merit/incentive administration processes.
  • Manage relationships with external consultants and lead benchmarking efforts to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Drive the design and implementation of foundational reward elements across global offices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits within high-growth organizations.
  • 7+ years of experience managing total rewards for a globally dispersed workforce.
  • Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Expertise in designing business cases and measuring ROI for reward programs.
  • Strong balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution capabilities.

Nice to have

  • 15+ years of total rewards experience.
  • Experience in technology, healthcare, life sciences, or biotech sectors.
