Salary: $232,000 – $290,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the Duet product roadmap from discovery through delivery.
• Engage directly with customers to understand usage patterns and identify needs.
• Partner with engineering and research teams to ship and validate AI features rapidly.
• Develop evaluation criteria to measure and ensure the quality of AI output.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to demonstrate product capabilities to CX leaders and technical buyers.
• Define and track metrics focused on agent performance improvement and iteration speed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in AI, developer tooling, or enterprise software.
• Technical acumen to analyze agent traces and engage with engineers on model behavior.
• Strong written communication skills for developing specs and strategy documents.
• Proven ability to run customer discovery and navigate ambiguity.
• Must be based in San Francisco (in-office).

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math.
