Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 base

What you will do

• Own the strategic relationship with clients, understand their pain points, and guide them to the product for their specific needs.
• Develop deep fluency in how health plans operate across utilization management, prior authorization, and clinical workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into clear product specs and acceptance criteria for engineering execution.
• Manage project timelines and delivery, holding the pod accountable and communicating proactively.
• Surface patterns across accounts to inform the broader product roadmap.
• Help define the playbook for how hirify.global serves customers as the company grows.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in product management and/or consulting.
• Strong communicator who can run client meetings, write clear specs, and follow up effectively.
• Project management discipline to track details, hit deadlines, and keep things moving.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between business and engineering.
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage environment.
• Ability to navigate complex situations across clients.
• Passionate about solving healthcare’s biggest challenges.

Nice to have

• MPH, MHA, or other health policy or public health credential.
• Experience at a health plan, BHMO, managed care organization, or health plan vendor.
• Strategy consulting background.
